Frequently Asked Questions
Are we open today?
During pumpkins, we are open Friday from 3pm-6pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm as well as Sunday from11am-5pm. All days are weather permitting as all of the activities are outside. Opening day is September 21st, and our last day is October 27.
Are dogs allowed?
No, as we have animals in our petting zoo and on our farm and they could all react differently to the animals.
Are mask required?
If you are more comfortable with a mask, then please wear one. We are located on four acres so there is plenty of space to social distance, but you might one to wear on in the corn maze as there are times where you meet other people.
Do you need reservations?
No, you do not.
What does it cost?
Our admission is $6 per person. Those 65 years and older are $5. Those 3 years and under are free. Our pumpkins range in price from $1 to $40 with the average pumpkin being $5 to $8. We also have corn stalks, straw, Indian corn, and squashes.
If I am just getting pumpkins, do I have to pay admission?
Anyone who comes through our gates is required to pay admission as it covers the liability insurance in the case that something were to happen. We cannot predict if or when something might occur, so we have the insurance to support all of those involved if something happens. We are sorry for any of the inconvenience this may cause. We do bring in new activities every year to balance out the admission to make the most of your experience while you are here at our farm.
DO YOU HAVE WAGONS THAT PEOPLE CAN USE WHILE VISITING THE FARM?
Yes! We have wagons that will help you bring in your selection of pumpkins, gourds and squash. However, on a busy day they may all be in the patch. Our wagons are not designed for carrying children. We strongly recommend not using them to carry children. You assume all risk and responsibility for the safety of your child if you choose to allow them to ride in the wagon. You are welcome to bring your own wagon or stroller for the kids.
ARE YOU OPEN ON RAINY DAYS?
We will plan to be open as long as the conditions in the patch allow. Please call to be sure or check our Facebook page for up-to-date weather info. We can not allow you to be out in the patch during lightning.
IS THE FARM WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
We have closer parking for those in a wheelchair or who have trouble getting around. We also have a handicap port-a-john located near the animals. The pumpkin patch has been tilled before planting and is covered in vines and the path is uneven and bumpy. It is not well suited for the unsteady walker. If you have trouble, feel free to buy from the great selection in our pumpkins, gourds and squash already picked.
DO YOU OFFER FIELD TRIPS?
We have made the difficult decision not to offer guided field trips. For our family and our schedule, we just can't do it all. There are just not enough hours in the day.
DO YOU OFFER BIRTHDAY PARTIES?
No, we are not. We don't have the space to allot for birthday parties. We really need all of those tables when we get busy. We also don't have the employees to help manage those parties. And to be transparent, we did have a lot of people last year that did not alert us of a party and we ended up double booked often (and we didn't even know it). That's not the atmosphere we would like to have for our guest.
